a fantastic city stay

excellent location great service hotel cleanliness comfortable bed

the location was excellent. it gave me quick access to many attractions. the staff provided great service. i particularly appreciated the cleanliness throughout the hotel, and the comfortable bed helped me rest well .

the room i had seemed slightly smaller than anticipated, making movement a bit restricted.

the hotel is very close to public transportation. this made exploring the city easy. the neighborhood felt safe, even late at night, but some minor street noise persisted, we loved the location!

small room sewage odor

The room was pretty small. I kept bumping my leg on the bed frame. I also thought the shower smelled a bit like sewage. That's disappointing. This situation was not enjoyable. The odor was unpleasant.

little privacy uncomfortable setup

my stay started well, i liked the location near the train station. the staff was helpful. however, my room was not what i expected. it was small and the layout felt odd. the shower's glass enclosure offered little privacy and the air conditioning barely cooled the room. i probably wont choose this place again next time because of this uncomfortable setup.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. the location is great. It is close to the train station, trams, shops, and restaurants. everything is walkable, which i appreciate. the room interior had a nice style and decor.

great location room upgrade

the location i found to be excellent. several train stations are close, also museums. getting to the shopping area and many dining restaurants was easy. the reception manager provided an upgrade to a bigger room.

The location is central. I found it easy to walk to many attractions. the hotel has a stylish, movie-themed decor. the staff were cute and helpful with directions and local tips, and i appreciated their attentiveness to my needs .

the room was on the smaller side, and i would have liked a bit more space to spread out.
